Mis intercambios - my swaps

¡Muy buenos días!

Siempre estoy enseñando las cositas que me llegan a mí con los intercambios, pero hasta que lo mio no llega, no puedo enseñar lo que yo he hecho. Así que en este y próximos posts os iré enseñando las cosas que yo mandé a EEUU. 

Empezamos hoy con estas sirenas que me propusieron hacer no sé si Frances o Rocky, porque nunca me acuerdo. Entre las telas que me mandaron me dijeron que había una perfecta para la cola de la sirena y es la que he utilizado. Luego bordé por encima la forma de las escamas. Otro de los requisitos era que les gustaba que tuvieran las conchas de verdad en el pecho, así que a la playa me fui a buscar las conchas más mínimas existentes, misión casi imposible, pero conseguida!!

¡Son las primeras sirenas que hago! ¿Os gustan?

Good morning!!

I am always showing you what I get in my swaps but I can never show you what I make until it gets to its destination. So in this and oncoming posts I will show you the things I have been making for my dearest friends in the USA.

Today we begin with these mermaids that either Frances or Rocky proposed me to make. I never remember who!! Among the fabrics they sent me there was one special piece of fabric which they wanted me to use in the mermaid's tail. It is the one that I have used. Then I embroidered the scales on top. Another requirement was that the shells in the chest could be real, if possible, of course, and I went to the beach in search of the tiniest shells in the world, an impossible mission but an accomplished one!

They are the first mermaids I ever make! Do you like them?
